By assisting the Electrical Contractor and Main Contractor, Fairhills is helping to bring this beautiful London building in Belgravia back to life.

This Grade II listed building is a beautiful example of the late 19th century French Renaissance style high quality terraced residences along Grosvenor Place. The house at number six was redecorated later in the century for the former Prime Minister Henry Campbell-Bannerman who lived there. The building also housed the Forum Club. This was the first private club exclusively for women, established by Alice Williams and Fanny Laming in 1919. From 1954, the two properties were amalgamated and adapted for office use up to the present time.

The building overlooks the gardens of Buckingham Palace and is set to be completed by May 2022. Fairhills began working on this project in December 2019.
