The Electrical Contractor came to Fairhills to ask for assistance with costs and estimation before the project had been let by the Main Contractor. The needs of the Client was discussed prior to pricing and it was broken down in a way the Electrical Contractor could clearly display their costs to the Client and Main Contractor.
It resulted in a successful bid for the Electrical Sub-contractor of the project, which ended up being their biggest to date.
